* This series of seven attractive books has been printed by J.-G. Barbou in Paris, who published many classical authors in charming duodecimo editions, usually bound in marbled calf with stylishly gilt spines: in this case 4 larger French lilies each surrounded by 4 smaller ones. Beautifully printed in roman and cursive types on fine paper, partly a bit bluishly tinted. With extensive indexes.
